Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-08. These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of anchorwatch.win ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote, requesting an invoice, or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
All sales are final. A paid invoice is a completed purchase of a fee-bump broadcast attempt at the quoted amount. Payments cannot be reversed, cancelled or exchanged, whether or not your transaction confirms.
1. The service
anchorwatch.win builds, signs and broadcasts a child-pays-for-parent (CPFP) transaction that spends the Pay-to-Anchor (P2A, BIP 433) output of a Bitcoin transaction you identify, so that the resulting package pays the fee rate you selected. The anchor output is spendable by anyone by design; we never hold your coins and never need your keys. The fee for the child is paid from our own wallet.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You may only use the service for transactions you are entitled to accelerate. You may not use it to interfere with others' transactions, to attack or degrade the Bitcoin network, to launder funds, or in violation of any law or sanction that applies to you. We may refuse or stop service to anyone at any time.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
- A quote shows the fee deficit (satoshis needed to bring your transaction, including any unconfirmed ancestors, plus our child to the selected fee rate; this goes to miners) and our service fee (1% of the fee deficit, minimum 100 satoshis). The total is shown before you pay.
- You choose the target fee rate. Suggested rates are estimates derived from recent blocks and our node's mempool; they are not guarantees of inclusion.
- Payment is by Lightning invoice, valid for 10 minutes. A quote may change if the fee market or the transaction changes before you pay.
- Once paid, the quoted fee deficit is what we spend on the child transaction. If circumstances allow a bump at a lower cost, any difference is retained by us.
4. What we do after payment
- We attempt to broadcast a valid CPFP child at the quoted fee promptly, and keep retrying for up to two hours if our node or wallet is temporarily unable.
- If your transaction is replaced (RBF) before our child is broadcast, we may bump the replacement instead when the paid amount covers it.
- Every order has a status page. It states exactly what happened, including when a bump could not be broadcast because your transaction confirmed on its own, was replaced, had its anchor spent by someone else, or because the network rejected the child.
5. No guarantee of confirmation
Confirmation depends on miners and the fee market, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that your transaction or our child will be mined, when it will be mined, or that any other party will not replace or evict it. A broadcast attempt that does not result in confirmation is still a completed service.
6. Test networks
The signet and testnet4 variants of this site run on Bitcoin test networks. Coins there have no value, fee data can be meaningless, and the service is provided for testing only, with no obligations of any kind.
7. Privacy
No accounts, no cookies, no third-party trackers. We keep order records (transaction IDs, payment hashes, amounts, status) to operate the service. The site records anonymous usage events tied to a daily-rotating hash, never to your IP address, and respects your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the service fee you paid for that order.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the version in force is the one posted when you pay. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
